- p+ E' j+ N0 y' j& M; nBERLIN (Reuters) - The new head of Berlin's local rail system admits he used to be a fare-dodger but stopped riding local trains and buses without a ticket more than seven years ago.

The head of a metro system with 1.4 million passengers per day said, however, he had always paid for his ticket since joining the company seven years ago.
