(Senior) Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support to sales team, channel-partners (reps, distributors, systems integrators etc…) and end-users. Such support includes:
        Configure test systems to meet customers’ requirements
        Product demonstration
        Technical presentation of systems proposal to potential customers
        System installation at customer sites
        Operation / Application training at customer sites
        Commissioning and acceptance of installed test systems
        Post-installation application support to end-users
        Factory- or customer-initiated hardware and/or software upgrade
        System troubleshooting to identify faulty parts/modules
        Replace faulty parts/modules
        If necessary, communicate and coordinate with factory for above activities




Requirements：
1.        Minimum relevant engineering degree
2.        3-5 years working experience, good knowledge & experience electrical/electronic test systems
3.        Preference for candidates with experience in electrical cable-harness testing in the following industry -
        Automotive
        Railway
        Aerospace/Aviation
4.        Good written and spoken English, German will be a plus.
5.        Mature, good communication skill
6.        A team player who is able to work independently
7.        Strong customer-service mindset
8.        To be based in Shanghai Minhang district.
9.        Frequent business travel required
