行政助理 Operationa Assistant
电商专员Operation Specialist

新增岗位：

行政助理 Operationa Assistant （工作地点：Frankfurt am Main/ Niederlauer）

Responsibilities:
1.       Assist Operation Manager to collect data, consolidate and analyze related tasks;
2.       Work with Operation Manager, support in preparation for reports and documents.
3.       Ensure clear communication between Germany Office and Headquarter;
4.       Communicate with current internal and external partners by phone calls or emails;
5.       Manage and control office inventory in Germany office;
6.       Follow up admin-related tasks in Germany Office, work closely with internal or external teams and organizations;
7.       Assist in organizing department activities or publicity campaigns;
8.       Responsible for arranging travel plans for department staffs, good control in budget and well-organized.

Requirements:
1.       Bachelor degree or above in relevant area (Admin management, operation management, project management, etc.);
2.       2-5 years of relevant work experience, event planning experience preferred;
3.       Native language in Mandarin, sufficient command of German and English as working language;
4.       Competent execution ability and organizational coordination ability. Strong in logical thinking. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
5.       Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

电商专员 Operation Specialist (工作地点：Frankfurt am Main）

Responsibilities:
l  Be the first point of contact for e-Commerce team in Germany office, collaborate with cross-functional teams across DJI (such as different Business Units, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Customer Support) to launch new initiative in region
l  Day-to-day operations of the Germany online store, solve local customers’ urgent problems and demands
l  Research new marketing opportunities (campaigns, events, partnerships, digital ads-buying channels, etc.) in Germany, together with building localized projects such as trade-in program to drive traffic and sales growth for DJI online store
l  Initiate, structure, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships to push forward localization process by improving various aspects, including method of payment, logistics solutions, and other user-experience related issues
l  Identify and develop long lasting business partnerships with local third-party marketplaces, maintain effective communication with our partners to support sell-in performance and achieve sales targets
l  Assist headquarters team to regularly provide clear, accurate and user-friendly web copies in localized language for DJI online store and other online sales-channels
l  Analyze local market trends and recommend changes to local operation strategies based on analysis and feedback

Requirements:
l  Above 3 years in business development, project management, sales or marketing, working experience with e-Commerce industry highly preferred
l  Deep understanding of digital, tech and consumer electronics industry
l  Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
l  Self-starter with open minded approach and a willingness to learn independently
l  Good business sense, responsible, passionate with great organizational skill
l  Strong analytical ability to solving problems, comfortable with multiple overlapping projects at one time
l  Team player, motivated, and excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills
l  Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written, Mandarin is a plus
