' M7 b6 C4 z9 W! ?5 i 小生命带来快乐，但是，照顾孩子相当辛苦。雷娜每日忙足了17小时，要接送孩子到不同学校、每天洗衣服也要洗上4遍，工作量比一般主妇多几倍，一家11口全靠沃里纳的一份薪水养活。夫妇俩已经3年没有放假了，也很少见朋友，但是，沃里纳说：“这个家是我们的命根，我不觉得缺乏什么。” 1 l6 A6 B7 P9 f8 C! P% _' Z. b5 ]+ _" t* x* T

But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. . p6 }$ G; \! b5 w3 ~) r# F. d
/ h! t& C" R# b- qLess than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. # `. b! a5 I& A5 f
8 h' W, n1 i- K* }"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. : Y3 h+ w, k J; S: j# L8 u- i9 v" g
0 d* d2 `( ~& m5 K" e"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." 9 N0 D8 z4 Z& m7 t- {+ A& B; c7 b6 |
The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. $ ?0 {8 S; ~/ t; ?6 ~& i( r' q% a& f2 u! j7 t! v [
Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. : {/ {6 s' M6 k6 ^+ ~) J2 @

Another boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. / `* I/ X, i) d8 d" k $ H4 }3 ~8 V4 _7 I; d1 @In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. 6 a4 l* ]5 S" N( l3 [0 V; y 5 @/ c' x$ ], f0 f1 _Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. % `" @& T; [6 f ?. ~ 3 G6 J, v* L1 n3 GShe had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. - C4 G \ R8 K* Q
; t$ w D: ~$ q V0 ?% F7 c' l
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 2 H, b R% S+ m& x + o1 H2 @0 \$ u# y$ Q6 [But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 6 V$ C# V4 H" c }8 ^

"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. ' f/ x* W4 a7 S X # E5 y. x3 @" T0 @6 t"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." ! p# B4 z8 i1 y2 J/ e% ?7 U0 C 5 b, V P9 Y) C3 P4 j, `Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. ( y4 @* |2 u# d+ A0 M' N " j' z+ a* y s0 f8 ?$ `To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. 8 W/ H7 N: M U9 z& Y% k 9 a" x4 r9 f+ oThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. 1 R5 T# E$ ?/ ~: A
' y5 U O8 F& O" Q' }They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 1 d& U; w/ B2 P% T4 Z5 r+ f) ]9 ]8 H3 x. d7 ~, q; `- Y, B
Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. , H5 a3 `& D8 P* Q0 W0 c" i. }) e, {- O
"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." : s5 b" [- S. p* x( N+ _% Q/ \7 d, V1 @% A5 F, H L$ v, W) |5 }
He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
